James’ career highlights include being a presenter at NAR from 2004-2008 on smartphones in the Technology Learning Center and a four-city “Technology Tour of Texas”, with RE/Max of Texas Inc. in May 2010. He’s been a presenter at the California Association of REALTORS® conventions 2005-2009 and conducted a webinar to the agents of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services in May 2010. James has been a presenter to several REALTOR®, conventions including Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Michigan and presented workshops to over 200 REALTOR® Associations in the US & Canada since 1999.
