Ranging from working one-on-one with top CEO’s to leading strategy sessions with entire companies, Ann has proven experience in delivering insightful answers to critical issues facing businesses today. Ann has been an executive with a large Internet company and holds a B.S. degree, an MBA and is a co-founder and principal in Pranix.

Sara Bonert, Zillow

Sara Bonert
is the Partner Relations Manager for Zillow. Sara has over 10 years of experience of helping real estate professionals market themselves online.  Her career began in 1997 at Citysearch.com where she worked to develop one of the first online real estate channels.  From there she worked as the National Sales Manager of eBusiness for Network Communications Inc, publishers of The Real Estate Book, teaching agents to integrate print and online advertising.  Today she works with Real Estate professionals around the country to leverage Web 2.0 marketing opportunities and helping them understand the ways they can market themselves on Zillow.  Sara is also a licensed Realtor in Illinois.

Pierre Calzadilla, Trulia

Pierre Calzadilla
joined Trulia.com in January 2007 as Trulia’s Manager, Strategic Partnerships. Pierre engages strategic accounts and real estate groups around the country on key industry trends and has written articles featured in Real Estate Weekly, RISMedia and your local real estate blog.

Prior to Trulia, Pierre worked as a real estate agent for Fillmore Real Estate and served as the company’s Director of e-business.  In that role, he led the successful growth of Fillmore’s on-line business and CRM platform.  He also created a wealth of training classes for SEO/SEM, marketing Real Estate On-Line and more. By the end of his time there, Fillmore saw a 300% increase in web visitors, inquiries, and lead conversion.

Ron France

Ron France has over 20 years experience in the information technology and real estate industries including sales, market research, real estate technology, training, management, strategic planning, and internet consulting.

Ron has worked for organizations such as REALTOR.com, RealtyUSA and Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions. During his time with Realtor.com Ron was the Eastern Regional Director as well as consultant to MLS’s and large real estate firms in the north east.

Linda Davis

Profile:

Linda Davis has sold real estate in Eastern CT for over 30 years and has been the #1 agent in the Town of Ledyard since the late 1980’s. She has been a Broker with RE/MAX since 1985 and has received that company’s Life Time Achievement Award.

Linda is active in her local Board of Realtors® and has previously been a recipient of the Realtor® of the Year Award.She now chairs the Board’s Annual Golf Tournament for Habitat for Humanity.

Proving that politics and real estate can mix, Linda is an elected official in her town and serves as a member of the Ledyard Town Council. She was previously Chairman of the Ledyard Board of Education.

Linda has been blogging since February 2006. Her blog "The Eastern CT Real Estate Blog", tackles real estate, land use issues and even local politics, mostly with a sense of humor. In addition to her local blog, Linda offers practical real estate advice to her peers at her Real Estate Solutions Blog. Abraham Murray, Google

Profile:

Abraham Murray
is a product manager on Google’s geo team. He works on Google Base Real Estate Search, focusing on optimizing the user experience for real estate listings displayed on Google. He is responsible for the development and improvement of the systems, algorithms, and user interfaces related to real estate listing search.  He also manages content acquisition and content partnerships for this product.

Prior to joining Google, Abraham was co-founder and CTO of Web 2.0 start-up doodleboard inc., where he directed offshore development and worked on marketing, sales, and fundraising. Earlier, he was a product manager at BAE Systems, where he worked on unmanned aerial vehicles for the Department of Defense.

Abraham earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Rhode Island, where he graduated summa cum laude. He has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he also graduated summa cum laude, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Phil Thomas Di Giulio

As co-Founder and Chief Creative Office of WellcomeMat Phil brings over 10 years of multimedia and branding expertise to the company.  With a passion for video and the role it continues to play in mass communications, Phil is WellcomeMat’s resident evangelist, continually connecting real estate professionals with videographer communities. Feeding his video passion, Phil also serves as the creative and online media director of the New York Television Festival where he is responsible for defining and directing creative brand identity and online media initiatives.

Prior to WellcomeMat was a consultant at HeartBeat Digital where he helped the company produce and deliver custom Websites and high-value Web software for Fortune 500 companies and other industry-leading organizations.   Previously Phil was a multi-media specialist at I-Frontier, now Avenue A | Razorfish, an interactive advertising agency and one of the pioneers in the realm of online marketing.  Phil also served as design engineer for the Medical Broadcasting Company. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a BA in Integrative Arts with an emphasis in multimedia and web design. Phil also leads the New York Real Estate & Technology Meetup with his co-founder Christian Sterner.

Laureen Zarba

Clinton Libbey

Profile:

Clinton Libbey is a Business Development Manager at the Microsoft Corporation and specializes in the Virtual Earth mapping platform.  Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Libbey was responsible for multi-hazard mapping products at First American Flood Data Services and developed a global data distribution infrastructure for satellite ground stations at Core Software Technology.  He is a native New Yorker from the South Shore of Long Island where, early in his career, he was a licensed real estate salesman.  He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and currently lives in Arlington, Virginia with his ten year old son.
